Looking for a sharp, analytical Branding professional to develop and execute marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Management of marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Strategic Planning -
- Develop a comprehensive annual marketing activity plan
- Analyze market trends and review competition activities
- Formulate strategy with inputs from Sales & Marketing teams
- Review results of our previous marketing activities
- Undertake new projects - strategic and tactical
Marketing Expenditure & Budget Management -
- Create comprehensive annual expense summary - allocating the expenses based on hotel share and corporate spend
- Implement control processes to track expenditure
- Review of expenses against projected revenue
- Liaise with Digital marketing team for providing budgets and tracking of online marketing spends
Advertising Management :
- Liaison with media agency prepare the plan for domestic and/or international markets (briefing/ planning/ negotiations)
- Evaluate and recommend various offline media opportunities
Creative & Collaterals (All communication mediums - Online, Offline and brand website) :
- Conceptualize campaign layouts based on target audience, brand standards & guidelines and relevant message Copy writing
- Work closely with the production team / agencies / partners to develop and deliver layouts
- Work closely with Digital marketing team and hotels to ensure all communication is in line with brand guidelines.
Database Marketing :
- Plan communication activity to members of external and internal databases.
- Develop electronic and direct mailers promoting brand packages, individual hotel offers and other important news (awards, launch, partnerships etc) in close co-ordination with the production team.
- Identify relevant databases for each activity
- Work closely with CRM manager to execute campaigns
Direct Consumer Promotions :
- Initiate and finalise product development based on strategic and tactical requirements
- Pricing and room night budget forecast
- Coordinate setting up all backend processes like rate loading, information sharing and training of OCC reservation staff
- Liaison with hotels for package features and competition mapping
- Coordinate with - DRM, OCC, PR, Hotels and e-marketing for execution
- Implementation of communication plan
Alliances Management :
- Initiate, evaluate and finalise joint marketing alliances with various financial institutions and airlines.
- Coordinate with - DRM, OCC, PR, Finance, Hotels, Legal and e-marketing for implementation.
Special Projects :
- Sponsorship of events relevant to the brand
- Prepare and execute hotel launches
- Collaborate with Creative team / agency for photo/ video shoots
Others :
- Sales support - creative for tour operator brochures/ coop-advertising/ trade shows/ corporate programs
- Various reports as per business requirement
