Global Marketing and Brand Head (BPO/ITES)

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the BPO/ITES sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.

- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

- Foster relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA or a related field with 15+ years of experience in marketing & branding with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within the BPO/ITES sector.

2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drove business growth.

3. Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior

4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

7. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

8. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

9. Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities

10. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

11. Proven track record of successful client relationship management

12. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

13. Strong financial acumen in marketing budgeting and ROI analysis

14. In-depth knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting

15. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
