Job Description - Looking to hire a Head of Brand Marketing for India's leading jewellery organisation. A stellar marketing leader who has the acumen to grow the business and also grow with the business.

Our Client is leading player in the Jewellery industry. We are mandated to hire for Head of brand Marketing to amplify their journey of expansion.

Description

- Be the Brand Custodian, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and maintain consistency across all external/internal touch points.

- Build brand Differentiation strategy and devise brand strategy.

- Lead a team of creative, brand and marketing communication leaders.

- Build and manage brand reputation.

- Responsible for ATL and BTL activation.

- Front end Campaign management for the brand and implement strategies for brand positioning.

Profile

- Should have 12-15 years of relevant experience in the retail segment (Omni-channel business preferred).

- MBA in Marketing from Tier 1/2 Colleges.

- Preferably should have experience scaling the business.

- Exceptional marketing and analytic skills.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
