Indias leading consumer goods company is hiring for a Brand Head for one of its watch brands.
Job details:
To lead the Buss & Brand Strategy for the brand and enable topline and bottom line achievement of set targets. This will include setting clear vision for the brand, identifying sources and levers of growth and brand value, working with team to develop and manage of the product portfolio, lead the positioning & communication strategy in order to achieve set vision.
The candidate should have 10-12 years of experience in marketing (product and communications) in similar industry.
Experience in managing the following external & internal interfaces:
- Agencies (Media, research, creative, PR)
- Vendors
- Channel Partners
- Media partners
- Sourcing team
- Design team
- Wearables and pads team
- Visual merchandising team
- Supply Chain team
- Sales team
- NPD team
- Quality Management team
- After sales service team
- Marketing Services team
Knowledge:
- Category knowledge
- Product knowledge
- Brand and communications knowledge
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing
- Latest trends in marketing and communications
