Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Creative Leadership:
- Develop and drive a compelling brand vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.
- Lead the creation of impactful brand campaigns across all channels (ATL, BTL, Digital), ensuring they connect with target audiences and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Translate high-level brand strategy into actionable and clear creative briefs for agencies, outlining campaign goals, audience insights, and expected results.
- Review and provide strategic feedback on creative concepts and executions, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and align with overarching strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the MD and senior leadership to establish evaluation frameworks for creative outputs, guiding decision-making and aligning agency feedback during the development process.
- Champion creative excellence, pushing for innovative and high-impact brand communications that elevate the brand's presence in the market.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of brand marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and the successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
Media Strategy (Desirable):
- Support the development and execution of media strategies across various platforms to maximize brand visibility and effectiveness.
- Track and assess media performance, optimizing campaigns to achieve optimal results.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 14+ years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a related field, with a proven ability to build and manage omni-channel brands.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, creative development, and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- A data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- A deep passion for the brand and a strong understanding of the FMCG sector.
