Must Have Experience having exposure in FMCG
Group Brand Manager for “Hair” with experience in “Hair colour/oil” is must
- Takes overall responsibility for managing all brands within a category.
- Assists in developing and executing the marketing & branding strategy to improve market share and reach.
- Monitoring market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for their product or service.
- Work closely with many teams, including product developers, researchers, marketing personnel and creative agencies to make sure their company brand values and image are followed
- Work both for consultancies and in-house marketing departments.
- Creating a lasting impression among consumers and improving product sales and market share.
- Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research
- Involve working with in-house marketing and communications people, as well as legal and compliance staff and numerous creative agencies.
- Prepares all annual plans and budget planning activities for all brands within the category.
- Develops systems across brand teams which facilitate better MIS and synergy of operations
Qualification – MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
