Compensation: Upto 20LPA ( Depending on experience

Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a passionate and energetic Brand Executive who knows how to navigate the world of Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement with flair, this is your stage to shine.

With 2-3 years of experience in FMCG/Food products under your belt, you'll be orchestrating the ultimate brand symphony that resonates with consumers and sets the market abuzz.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Mastermind the product portfolio game by handling the 4 Ps: Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement.

2. Team up with the dynamic sales squad to amp up volume and revenue for the brand

3. Dive deep into data to decipher sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing insights, and even embark on consumer research expeditions.

4. Collaborate like a pro with manufacturing marvels, sales champions, and supply chain maestros to ensure that every brand move is on point.

5. Keep a watchful eye on the competition battleground and come up with strategies that make our brand the hero of the story.

6. Get involved in marketing initiatives, from ATL/BTL campaigns to trade and consumer shindigs.

7. Be the prodigy behind launching new products - collaborating with the Packaging, Production, and Manufacturing rockstars.

Must Haves:

1. MBA in Marketing from a premium B School with 2-3 years of experience in brand management in FMCG or food and beverage industry

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

3. Showcase your flair for fusing forces with diverse teams and coming up with ingenious solutions.

4. Your creative brilliance should sparkle, and problem-solving should be your encore.

5. Up to date with the market competitors and consumer behavior, track the analytics and have the numbers in fingertips.

The Process:
