Apart from providing India's #1 rated analytics course popular executive MBA programs and specialized courses such as the Financial Risk Analytics program.

The team comprises of passionate individuals having an excellent blend of entrepreneurial and industry experience. Its founding team has been part of multiple successful startups in the US and India. The team members are alumni of leading institutions like Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, Kellog, IIT Mumbai, Duke, MDI, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Shillong and have previously worked in companies such as Tiger Global, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Boston Consulting Group, Zipdial, SAP, and Stratify.

The company has seen a 100 times growth in the number of registered learners in three years, and 30 times revenue growth in the last 3 years. The team has grown from five to 60 and now has offices in Bengaluru and Gurgaon. Their programs are offered in Gurgaon, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

As a Brand Manager, you will be handling and effectively managing all brand communications for the company.

What you will do:

- Actively leading all Brand partnerships and Alliances

- Managing sustaining activities around products, and seasonal projects

- Acting as the key interface between the marketing teams and PR agencies, Partner brands and more to establish local Marcom goals and product strategies

- Gathering and providing strategic market insights to the Leadership team that ultimately help drive more relevant and impactful communications

- Working with Digital Publishers to ensure that all deliverables are fully integrated and flawlessly executed, meeting the company's quality standards

- Providing strategic communications input and guidance to all functional areas

- Planning regular Marcom updates and driving Integrated Marketing campaigns with different brands

- Actively managing Brand Alliances, resulting assets and planning outreach campaigns from time to time

- Managing Strategic integrations with different Publishers in the Internet ecosystem

- Creating and managing Brand Loyalty campaigns and overviewing brand growth KPIs

- Generation of Consumer Insights, Strategic Consumer Communication for Brand by close interaction with Advertising Agencies

- Successful execution of flagship events in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

- Maintaining and refining scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- MBA degree from a Tier 1 college

- Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in brand marketing

- Must have previously been in a brand manager role

- Equally comfortable working at a strategic level and with diving deep into implementation as needed

- Experience on working with cross functional teams, with demonstrated examples of influencing key stakeholders with data driven and insightful points of view

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience using web metrics to gauge trends and evaluate content
