Job Responsibilities :
Marcom Team is looking for a well-rounded marketing professional who can manage brand campaigns independently and also manage stakeholders across teams ( both external and internal ).The role will need capabilities in the following:
- Experience in planning, managing and executing brand campaigns in the past ( from research to brief to roll out to analysis )
- Knowledge of all aspect of marking touch points - social, digital, ATL, BTL etc with experience in managing 360 marketing campaigns or stand-alone campaigns involving different channel mix
- Working closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) - should have had people interfacing opportunity in the past
- Working closely with the creative and media agency to plan and launch campaigns - should have front-ended conversations with agencies in his past roles
- Providing pro-active direction & ideas for campaigns/projects on all aspects- social, digital, ATL, BTL etc.
- A track record of being a part of large/ mid-scale campaigns in the past experience in marketing and agency roles
- Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and deep understanding of using social media channels as a means for brands to communicate with online audiences.
- Should have a basic understanding of traditional media
- Excellent people skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent planning and execution skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Should have managed multiple stakeholders from business side in his past experience
KNOWLEDGE :
- Very good knowledge of brand campaign management across media.
- Good knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of tools like Omniture, google analytics etc is a good to have but not must have.
SKILLS :
- Ability to create excellent and articulate presentations and plans.
-Very good planning and execution skills.
- Excellent ideation skills and on the go thinking
- Proficient with office software.

- Can track the campaign performance to desired results analytically

- Extremely customer-centric and can come up with deep consumer insights
- Good understanding of the audience on social/digital media platforms, their interest, engagement etc.

- On their feet thinking to overcome roadblocks and should be a problem solver
- Effective Communication:
- Very articulate
- Excellent command over English
