Brand Communication Manager (Marketing) - Top Edu-Tech Company
Our client is looking for Brand Communication Marketing (Manager) who will be reporting to CMO. The person will be working for a well-funded EdTech firm, founded in 2011 by IITians, which is primarily interactive online tutoring platform where teachers provide school tuition's to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment that is a technology built in-house. It operates on marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor of their choice.
Job Description
- Effective usage of ATL activities to communicate brand attributes
- Continuously monitor competition activities in the media and on the ground and highlighting it within the team
- Ideate and create the brand plan as a process to establish the brand positioning
--Shoud have launched campaign on his own, came up with brand slogan.
- Analysis of market share, creative and communication analysis of competition
- Sharing of activities for the whole year with the agency and internal team for planning
- Preparing communication briefs to establish alignment to the brand plan
- Participate in development of marketing strategies and brand building exercises to increase market share
- Standardization of creative communication across touch-points through the creation of Brand Manual Brand campaigns
- Adherence to the SOP to review and finalize brand campaign provided by the agency
- Liaison with the media requirements for successful application for the campaign
- Timely deliverance of all the elements to make the campaign successful
- Provide formal briefing to channel managers to ensure this gets translated at all touch-points
- Design and implementation of activities to create brand experience
Campaign effectiveness :
- Commission a dipstick research to evaluate the brand attributes as per the focus in the brand plan for a specific market
- Spotting opportunities to leverage brand attributes through media
Qualification:
- Should have Masters Degree from reputed Mass Communication Institute
- Should have worked with creative agencies for E-Commerce (Preferably B2C Clients)
- Should have minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
