Experience : 5-10 yrs
Educational Background : Post Graduation - Full time MBA from Tier 1 OR Tier 2 Management Institutes.
Industry : Should be from reputed MNC in FMCG / FMCD / Telecom / E-commerce

Job Responsibilities -
- Managing digital marketing campaigns to maximize brand visibility and brand campaigns.
- Developing & executing digital strategies for the year basis the planning done by businesses in terms of offers, launches, go to market strategies.
- Managing the entire campaign budget including content creation like website for new launch, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Digital campaigns and others.
- Executed Brand campaigns for the Brand.
- To manage end -to end planning, set up, optimization and delivery of campaigns
- Responsible for setting up processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders inside the business, with 3rd party publishers, with e-com partners
- Monitoring and delivering the campaign to meet set goals
- Continuously build insights to improve campaign deliveries and digital content excellence
- Working with technology & product teams to resolve /upgrade/troubleshoot product/serving related issues
- Managing operations for all co-marketing spending with the e-com partners- working with the finance team, legal team on monthly billing, provide campaign related reports/RO/invoices and other documents
Require Skills :
- A self -motivated individual who is unshaken by internal and external dynamics of the business and company
- Should have worked as a digital campaign manager (Relevant experience) for at-least 4-6 years
- Should be hands-on with digital creative like microsites, banners, mailers and apps.
- Should have sound understanding of digital media planning and execution.
- Should have worked on digital analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Catalyst.
- Should have liaised with Product and GTM team for campaign briefs.
- Should have written briefs for in-house creative agency to plan and execute digital campaigns.
- Should have experience of reporting and actionable insights on campaigns.
- Should have planned social media calendar for the year and run interactive campaigns on FB, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and other social channels
- Should have experience in activating new age digital PR.
- Undertake special project under the guidance of department head - like blogger meets, webcasts etc.
- Should have excellent persuasion skills to sell ideas to product and GTM team.
