The challenges of the job are therefore:
- Be a part of the creating/ building brands or delivering comprehensive marketing solutions for the brands they handle.
- Ability to understand strategic vision and ensuing operating plans of primarily B2B & B2C Business.
- Ability to understand the dynamics of a B2B & B2C business and their interplay with a larger value chain that goes beyond their immediate customer.
- Identify clear spaces to deliver branding solutions, in line with the larger business vision/ plans,
- Enabling the business to grow market/ share and charge a premium.
- Partner businesses to deliver the solutions using marketing best practices
- Provide overall support to the 'project' while driving marketing excellence through best-in-class
- Marketing teams best suited to help raise the standards of marketing excellence
- B2B & B2C facing businesses do have existing approaches and plans for brands.
