Brand Alliance Role - FinTech/Research Tech Firm

Leadership:

- Provide visionary leadership for the Merchant Alliance, setting strategic goals and objectives.

- Directly manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Merchant Alliance.

- Negotiate and secure favorable agreements with suppliers and trade partners.

Team Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team within the Merchant Alliance.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage budgets for the Merchant Alliance, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.

- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to drive business success.
