Responsibilities include:

- Establish a clear vision, roadmap and go to market strategy for brand partnerships and deliver against objectives and key results

- Identify, develop and negotiate brand partnerships, co-marketing and promotional relationships with major brand partners who are a fit with the organization platform

- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business prospects and develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers

- Identify areas of growth for existing partners to capitalize and maximize the full potential of the partnership

- Possess a deep understanding especially in the area of brand sampling

- Turn insights & trends into compelling narratives reflecting how organization platforms can turn a partner brand into a fully realized strategic partnership and with scale

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing with FMCG companies or marketing agencies

- The results-driven individual with experience in developing high-level relationship building and negotiation

- Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills
