Responsibilities:

Business growth & Profitability -

A. Expand the service network to improve service reach and market share.

B. Improve the service share in the area by improving inflow at AMDs & Ads

C. Implement new service projects like Express Service etc in the area.

D. Ensure Dealer profitability by improving operational efficiency

E. Look after Delhi and Haryana

Customer Satisfaction -

A. Study and analyze the CSI report and identify key issues and actions for dealers in the area.

B. Identify the dealers who need to improve CSI score significantly and obtain their commitment.

C. Review periodically and monitor the improvement actions for CSI score.

D. Review the status of customer complaints resolution
