Sales & Marketing:
- Monthly Sales planning process, which comprises of all the channels and cover the entire gamut of product portfolio.
- Managing product group focus and penetration of each group.
- Local promotions/ activities including the handling of in shop demo people with their training process and the deliverable s from them.
- Implementing sales promotional strategies as a part of market development effort.
- Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
- Trade schemes, costing, implementation process and effectiveness.
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with Dealers, distributors and other prominent channels.
- Dealer/distributor management in terms of all areas of business, covering maintaining counter share, sustaining adequate stock pressure, better outstanding control and overall motivation to reach the annual business objective set by the organization.
Team Management:
- Managing team of Territory Sales Officers, Area Sales Executive
- Managing the network of dealer and distributors
- Leading & monitoring the performance of Sales team members to ensure efficiency and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Mentoring & motivating the team members to enhance profitability levels while maintaining high morale.
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA - Full Time is a must
- Candidate from - Consumer Durable, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Fans & Fittings, Luggage, Lifestyle brands & Modern Gadgets preferred
- Delhi market work experience is a must
- Should have a strong branch handling abilities
- No To Relocation Candidates
