1. Drive Sales plan for the region in collaboration with RM to achieve business objectives
2. Identify potential growth & problem areas and plan initiatives to improve the sales & market share
3. Make and execute plans for Distribution growth in under penetrated towns
4. Ensure no zero billing at distributor level and review the same for their team
5. Increase dealer productivity (yield)
6. Ensuring Distributor-wise minimum inventory of each stock.
7. Make and execute revival plan for low growth areas/territories with RM
8. Execute Sales Promotional Activities in coordination with Marketing team
9. Mapping, analysing and suggesting corrective action to counter competitors' activity.
10. Must have good Analytical Skills and business acumen.
11. Review and take appropriate action to liquidate slow moving SKUs
12. Conduct dealer meet to generate demand and showcase new product range
