We are looking for Branch Sales Manager - Commercial PC
Location - Delhi, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh
Candidate Profile:
1. A well accomplished Sales Leader preferably working with or has worked with HP/Dell/Lenovo commercial PC business as an account manager / area manager in the most important area of a particular market for a period of at least 3+ years. Total work experience in Sales should be 13+ years.
2. If not HP/Dell/Lenovo then should have worked with a related peripheral brand / networking brand / Product category that is sold by the SI/VAR channel selling PCs to enterprise customers
3. Excellent knowledge of Distribution Management within SI/VAR channel
4. Data base of entire SI/VAR network within the territory that the candidate is going to manage.
5. Very good understanding of Key Account Mapping and Key Account Relationship management
6. Deep understanding of Customer buying journeys in different scale of enterprises as well as different industry sectors within the same
7. Sales team management
8. Product knowledge of Notebooks / Desktops / AIOs / Workstations
9. Understanding of pricing structures / rate contracts / tenders / GEM business
10. Deep understanding of Funnel Management
11. Preparing rolling sales forecast based on deep understanding of Funnel
12. Strong personal networking with leading PC equipment distributors, VARs and Sis in the territory
13. Demonstrated large deal closures with End customers in Enterprise directly
14. Strong Networking with Large end customers in the territory
15. Understanding of legal agreements involved in enterprise deals
16. Excellent capability to prepare quotations for all sizes of enterprise deals with consultative selling
17. Deep understanding of the market aspects for the territory
18. Understanding of GST and Tax structures
19. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
20. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
21. Highly accomplished at achieving or exceeding set targets
22. Strongly demonstrated past achievements highlighting entrepreneurial zeal to drive business with high ownership.
23. MBA from a reputed institute
ROLE:
1.Represent the company and Lead Sales and Distribution of the company Commercial PC Products
2. Preparing market level sales and distribution strategy and execution plans
3. Recruit and build a strong capable sales team
4. Identify and appoint high potential and highly committed distribution partners as per the distribution plan
5.Drive Sell In / Sell Out / Sell through targets achievement
6. Maximise Width of Distribution and grow share of the company Commercial PC business within the active partner base
7. Maximise quarterly active SI/VAR partner base
8. Effectively build strong relationship with the channel partners
9. Plan optimal channel outreach based on the business strategy
10. Build direct connect with large end customers and drive sales closures by tracking different stages of lead and associated actions
11. Stock management at all channel levels
12. Pricing management
13. Plan and drive sales team actions
14. Funnel management
15. Drive local level marketing and sales activation programs with support from marketing teams
16. Ensure product training / demo experience management for sales team / distribution partners / SI partners sales teams
17. Co-ordinate with service teams in case of customised service requirement or customer escalations
18. Competition Track and benchmarking.
