- As the Branch Sales Manager for CASA (Current Accounts and Savings Accounts) Banking, you will be responsible for driving business growth for current and savings accounts.

- Your role includes mobilizing business, leading a sales team, recruiting and training staff, organizing lead generation activities, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

- You will also act as a primary point of contact for customer grievances, support your team in client interactions, and ensure compliance with KYC norms and account opening procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Drive business growth for CASA products by mobilizing current and savings accounts.

- Achieve sales targets and enhance the overall value of accounts.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Lead Generation:

- Organize and execute lead generation activities to attract potential customers.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch visibility and customer acquisition.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer grievances and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Accompany team members on client meetings, particularly for important customers, to support and facilitate successful engagements.

Service Quality:

- Ensure that the quality of services provided by the branch meets the established standards.

- Monitor service delivery and implement improvements as needed.

Account Opening Compliance:

- Oversee the account opening process to ensure compliance with defined parameters, including the collection of necessary documents and IP cheques.

- Ensure adherence to KYC norms as prescribed by the RBI and validate that all requirements are met before forwarding Account Opening Forms to RPCs (Regional Processing Centers) for processing.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present reports on branch performance, sales achievements, and operational issues.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience in sales and branch management within the banking sector.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team.

- Excellent understanding of CASA products, KYC norms, and regulatory compliance.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
