Position: Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Mobilization:

- Drive Account Growth: Mobilize and drive business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.

- Achieve Targets: Focus on achieving both numeric and value-based targets for account openings.

Team Management:

- Recruitment: Recruit and onboard new team members to ensure a skilled workforce.

- Training: Provide regular training and development to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Guidance: Mentor and guide team members to ensure they adhere to standards and best practices.

Lead Generation:

- Organize Activities: Plan and organize various lead generation activities to drive branch business.

- Follow-up: Ensure effective follow-up on leads to maximize conversion rates.

Customer Relations:

- Handle Grievances: Act as the primary point of contact for the team in case of customer grievances.

- Customer Meetings: Accompany team members on calls and visits to important customers to ensure high-quality service and relationship management.

Service Quality:

- Maintain Standards: Ensure that the quality of service meets the standards set by the organization.

- Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with account opening procedures, including document collection and adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) norms.

Regulatory Compliance:

- KYC Compliance: Guide team members on adherence to KYC norms as prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified before forwarding Account Opening Forms to the Regional Processing Centers (RPCs) for processing.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales and branch management, preferably in the banking sector.

- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
