Job Title: Branch Sales Manager
Job Summary: The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of a specific branch, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
Team Management:
- Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance.
Market Analysis:
- Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities, and plan future campaigns.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained to foster customer loyalty.
Budget Management:
- Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
Reporting:
- Monitor sales activities and create reports for upper management.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Problem Resolution:
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- 3-4 Years of Experience in Banking Pvt. Sector and NBFC.
- Should have experience in Team handling.
- Achieving sales targets. Guide sales officers and introduce clients to them.
- Achieving assigned month on month target, acquiring NTB, campaign activities, zero fraud compliance.
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance through the Sales team handling
