Branch Sales Manager:
It is an adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th. We are building an adaptive platform that can increase engagement, optimise learning and improve outcomes. We have the widest syllabus coverage in India with over 20 subjects, 20 boards and 50 exams. Over 30 lakh students use the learning app.

Role & Responsibilities -
- Can independently lead the branch; take end-to-end and P&L ownership for the branch.
- Define, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently.
- Build and motivate high performing teams to achieve Top-line and profit targets for the branch and ensure month- on- month growth.
- Create the strategies that steer the branch team including overall branch structure, hiring, compensation, sales targets, lead generation and management, territory optimization etc.
- Drive consistent sales goal setting processes (with RMs and Sales Managers) and design sales incentive plans, partnering with cross-functional teams and sales leadership
- Leverage internal tools (CRM, Sales app) to drive efficiencies in operational processes
- Ensure quality assurance methods and metrics are in place for Operational excellence
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 3 years B2C sales experience with 1+ years managing large teams with operational complexity,
- Experience with sales/operations function at an FMCG/BFSI company preferred,
- Have distinctive problem solving skills.
- Possess excellent team building and people management abilities,
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment,
- Come with strong data management, and analytics experience.
