Designation : Branch Sales Head-Switchgear
Reporting : Regional Sales Head
Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic guidance to all regions
- Provide bottom-up inputs to company strategy for India for next 3- 5 years
- Provide inputs in national sales strategy and be directly involved in implementing key strategic initiatives for PROXIMITY
- Provide inputs to the BU on product and solution road map
Define, drive and own sales and profitability targets for different regions:
- Develop region-wise sales and profitability targets for products in agreement with BUs
- Drive and own revenue, profitability and cash collections for the entire portfolio for all regions
- Focus on market share and saturation of customers
- Drive & manage direct sales through distributors and other partners. Grow the base of partners and distributors
- Monitor and execute pricing strategy/ discounts across regions within delegated authority
- Drive and own bundled services sale across regions and drive support from BU
- Drive collaboration across regions by ensuring timely issue resolution & best practice sharing
