Branch Sales Head - Beverage & Health Drink Major

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Team management - To direct and guide team members.

Driving business - To drive the business and achieve required business plan and growth.

Channel management - To understand the requirement of each of the channel (say retail, distribution, trade, key accounts ) and add value to the channel business.

Operations & SOPs - Ensure strict adherence of SOPs, with respect to channel and Branch operations.

Creative & innovative thinking - To come up with creative ideas of improving retail and other channel business.

Education - MBA ( Full Time )

Experience Requirements :- FROM FMCG / FOOD / BEVERAGE ONLY
