Branch Operations Manger - Bank

We have an urgent vacancy for Branch Operations Manager in Ahmedabad with one of the leading banks in india.

Job details are:

- Responsible to drive the Bank ROP requirements by maintaining high level of service standards and internal control requirements.

- Work jointly with the Branch Manager to ensure achievement of the business objectives from sales as well as service point of view.

- Responsible in creating and maintaining the branch environment where the team maximises performance and provides highest quality service in line with the Target Operating Model as defined by bank.

- Interacting with new as well as existing customers to ensure their expectations are met and also for taking their valuable feedback for enhancement of delivery of products & services.

- To work closely with various teams- sales, service & tellers, in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction together with operational efficiency.

- Monitor daily branch activities and other internal information tools, using them to coach the team and achieve the business goals.

- Ensure positive customer experience and manage complaints/escalations

- Act as a guide to the customer service and other teams on matters related to operations and service.

- Independent control over branch operations and ensuring satisfactory internal & external reviews.

- Demonstrate an understanding and awareness of high risk indicators for various products & services offered example cash/insurance/credit cards etc.

Requirements:

- Post graduate / Graduate with strong exposure in running branch operations in a Bank

- Experience in handling NRI accounts is an added advantage
