About the Role:
- In this critical role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our branch running efficiently.
- You will work closely with the Branch Manager and team to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate daily operations, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Process and ensure accuracy of various branch transactions.
- Maintain branch inventory, including cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments.
- Assist customers with basic inquiries and transactions.
- Compile and prepare branch reports for management review.
- Liaise with head office regarding branch operations and procedures.
- Manage branch schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
- Oversee branch security measures and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures and train branch staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
