Branch Marketing Manager - Consumer Appliances

This role is with one of the largest multinational consumer appliances company in India for one of their branch in Patna.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ATL, BTL activities and Social Media Marketing Campaign.

- Manage marketing operations of the state constituting all districts in Bihar.

- Budgeting: Administer statistical analysis, sales forecasting & planning as per area-wise budget to determine potential growth; establish performance goals and review the same on a regular basis.

- Retail Management: Manage all kind of channel partners in terms of Shop MOT maintaining Visibility as well as display shares.

- Retail activations: Festival activations, RWA Activities with strategic tie-ups with corporates, clubs, hotels. Roadshows and brand activations to drive the regional as well as national campaign.

- Enhancement of counter share at the mapped outlets with special focus on visibility and sellout drive.

- Brand-shop opening and ensuring the productivity through demand generation activities.

- Sellout Management at store level through SSEs with the help of activations and home demos.

- Handle a team that comprises of Team Leaders, Sales Officers, Trainers, Merchandisers, Product Experts and Shop Demonstrators.

- Track & analyze sales performance, generating essential reports such as dealer health card, unit control reports and customers\u2019 accounts and share the same with the top management.

- Perform opportunity analysis as per market trends, managing product launch & position to face counter-competition; collect valuable data about competitors\u2019 claim to fame strength, weaknesses, pricing, distribution & other strategies.
