Job description:

- Analyses sales statistics to develop a continuous improvement strategy and take steps to employee new strategies.

- Review the success of each sale account to predict profits and make projections.

- Recruiting and building sales team.

- Acquire New Clients for Equity, Commodities, Currency and MF.

- Acquire New business Partners. Providing Services to clients.

- Revenue Generation. Responsible monthly sales target.

- Strengthening business association with clients through excellent customer servicing and relationship.

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Identifying and networking with prospective clients generate business from the existing accounts and achieve profitability and increased sales growth.

- Utilizing market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.

Desire Candidates Profile:

- A team Leader who can Head the Branch and can bring a ready Team

- A Team consist of at least 4/5 member

- Should have experience of working in the Ranchi and adjacent areas
