Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the channel distribution business for security, fire and sound products as an entrepreneur.
- Responsible for branch P&L of the business
- Manage a team of sales and operations people (5-6 member team onroll), ensure productivity per person based on budgets
- Recruit, train and mentor the sales team. Must have ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Responsible inventory, all operations - commercial, technical and maintain branch infrastructure.
- Run the business within pre-set budgets and bring cost efficiency
Key elements of the job
- Responsible for achieving the Sales Plan, GM% and OP for the branch.
- Responsible for ensuring the Sales Management and other operations of the branch.
- Achieve all branch P&L targets of the business; maintain inventory levels to the optimum level to support sales for fast selling products.
- Ensure compliance to Commercial, Credit management, Order Management and Business Reporting and Review Processes of the organization.
- Ensure that technical competency is always maintained as per the set benchmarks.
- Responsible for managing the entire customer base registered with the branch and increase Revenue Per customer, reduce customer leakage to the optimum level, ensure high customer satisfaction level.
- Drive the team to register and add new customers every month.
- Visit customers regularly with the sales team and drive relationship with top 20 Customers of the Branch.
- Ensure achievement of Product Category sales as per the plan for each category.
- Build and drive core sales capabilities in the branch
- Recruit and manage high performance branch teams;
- Monitor Competitor Activity and report the same, continuously increase the market share of the branch.
- Manage ongoing sales and strategic planning and monitor progress against same
- Work closely with national and regional leadership team to modify strategy
- Work closely with product management team to influence product strategy

Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in managing teams with direct responsibility for revenue. Branch head for channel network management
- Exposure to P and L management
Education:
MBA from a reputed institute MBA and BE from reputed institutes
