Branch Manager - Sales/Support & Commercial

We are looking Sales person with Commercial & Support knowledge in Branch Manager level for our Abroad Consumer Durable client in Ghana.

- Candidate should be Graduate/MBA having 5-9 years of experience with prior commercial management experience or sales experience.

- Prior experience in the consumer durables industry in either the sales/ accounts or commercial function.

- Must have a proactive attitude to achieve sales targets and an eye on cost/ back-office management.

- Ethical, Enthusiastic and Hard working attitude.

- Good communication, interpersonal & people management skills.

- Manage the different sales teams for Retail/ Trade (Dealer business) & Institution businesses.

- Responsible for maintaining the inventory at the branch and different sales points.

- Administrative responsibility of the finance & accounts function at the branch along with the
branch Accounts manager and HO accounts team.

- should prepare sales activity records and generate reports for management

- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships

- Should monitor competitors, market conditions and need for new product introductions.

Candidate should have Valid Passport with ready to relocate and preferably Bachelor having age bracket of 25-30 years.
