Branch Manager / Sales Manager - Sales:
Cruise (Delite Refrigeration Company) :
- To set strong distribution and dealer network.
- Achieving sales and collection targets for the allotted area.
- Preparation of sales forecast and implementation of sales plans.
- Generating healthy contacts and relationship with key channel personnel and dealers.
- Exploring new market & identification of new dealers
- Ensure the revenue target achievement for the assigned product portfolio for the region.
- Should be able to manage sales and collection targets.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Preparation of periodic sales reports, revenues, collection and daily calls/follow-ups.
- Collect market intelligence and send to senior management.
- Formulates business plans along with channel partners to maximize sales.
- Should be able to lead, control, motivate, trained and develop down line team
- Should be good administrator and will be key drive to the senior management.
- Implementing BTL promotions for maximizing brand awareness and visibility.
- Candidate with strong experience in developing dealer network will be preferred
