Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for Sales & Sales admin for assigned state.
- Achieving primary and secondary sales targets.
- Managing and upholding a team of ASM's & Frontline team
- Constant focus on growing width and depth of numeric distribution in the geography.
- Recruiting, training and coaching the respective sales team.
- Communicate with business Influencer, understand market dynamics and maintain relationships with key business partners like Dealer, distributors, vendors etc.
- Monitoring weekly and monthly Sales billing and secondary follow-up.
- Monitoring POSM utilization & Visibility activities
- Preparing demand forecasting & managing inventory.
- Reporting competitive activity, schemes related developments from the market.
- Accountable for end-to-end sales and operation excellence & execution.

Briefing Received from Line HR
- HQ @ Hyderabad & operating entire Telangana state.
- Should have worked minimum 2/3 years as State Head or in similar position.
Experience Required
10+ years in FMCG sales and at least 3 years work based @ Hyderabad Market.
Education Qualification : Graduation / MBA Preferred.
Gender preference : Male
