Represent the company and Lead Sales and Distribution of company Commercial PC Products
- Preparing market-level sales and distribution strategy and execution plans
- Recruit and build a strong capable sales team
- Identify and appoint high potential and highly committed distribution partners as per the distribution plan
- Drive Sell In / Sell Out / Sell through targets achievement
- Maximise Width of Distribution and grow share of the company's Commercial PC business within the active partner base
- Maximise quarterly active SI/VAR partner base
- Effectively build a strong relationship with the channel partners
- Plan optimal channel outreach based on the business strategy
- Build direct connect with large end customers and drive sales closures by tracking different stages of lead and associated actions
- Stock management at all channel levels
- Pricing management
- Plan and drive sales team actions
- Funnel management
- Drive local level marketing and sales activation programs with support from marketing teams
- Ensure product training/demo experience management for sales team/distribution partners / SI partners sales teams
- Co-ordinate with service teams in case of customised service requirement or customer escalations
- Competition Track and benchmarking.
- Sales reports preparation
