Job Summary:

- The Branch Manager - Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Asset Management Company (AMC) within their branch.

- This role involves managing and expanding assets under management (AUM), enhancing net sales, and increasing market share.

- The Branch Manager will oversee channel management, including interactions with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), national distributors, and banking partners.

- This role also focuses on team leadership, customer service excellence, compliance adherence, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the branch's assets under management (AUM) and drive net sales.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share within the region.

- Set and monitor sales targets, and drive initiatives to achieve and exceed these targets.

Channel Management:

- Manage relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), national distributors, and banking partners to enhance distribution and sales channels.

- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen channel partnerships and improve collaboration.

- Monitor channel performance and provide support to optimize their contribution to branch objectives.

Team Management and Development:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.

- Provide training, guidance, and support to subordinates to enhance their skills and performance.

- Conduct performance evaluations, set individual objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and - professional growth.

Customer Service and Compliance:

- Ensure that the branch adheres to company standards for customer service and compliance.

- Develop and implement customer service protocols to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

Client Servicing:

- Oversee the servicing of client accounts, including managing payments, redemptions, and addressing specific queries.

- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales metrics, and market trends to senior management.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Implement action plans based on analysis to drive branch performance.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations by managing resources, processes, and technology.

- Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e. , CFA, CFP) preferred.


- Experience in asset management, financial services, or a related industry, with a proven track record in sales and team management.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Solid understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to analyze market trends and performance data to drive business decisions.
