Job Role:
- Managing Branch Administrative Work and Controlling Branch Activities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks within the branch, ensuring smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain organizational standards.
- Monitor branch activities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Cross Sales of Products:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products such as Fixed Deposits (FDs), Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), insurance, and other investment vehicles.
- Develop strategies to effectively promote and sell these products to existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders across various verticals to facilitate seamless coordination.
- Act as a liaison between the branch and other departments to address concerns and ensure alignment of objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve mutual goals.
Customer Service and Issue Resolution:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues raised by clients.
- Work closely with customer support teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve overall service quality.
Team Management and Reporting:
- Lead and mentor a team of branch staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and present reports on branch activities, sales performance, and key metrics to senior management.
Employee Engagement and Sales Development:
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Develop training programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of branch staff.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
