Designation : Branch Manager ( Sales / Retail)

Experience: (14- 20 years) in Auto Ancillary /Auto Parts only preferable.

Job Location: Mysore ( preferable Location: Mysore, Banglore,Hubli,Mangalore)

Job Description:

Willing to work in Field sales & retail Sales.

Coordinate with sales team.

Must have experience in Retail Sales.

Business Development in retails to establish procurement and logistics channel for timely, cost effective supply of requirements.

Retail Sales Vs Target to contribute towards business planning, budgeting and financial control for parts sales.

Work Shop Consumption analysis for service fill rate & to manage the efficient daily workflow of the parts department to ensure quality, timely and profitable output.

Responsible for parts fulfilment in workshop towards parts fill rate

Movement analysis of Parts for business profitability in workshop.

Monitoring the required parts purchase orders, planning and execution

Business relation building and retaining

Delegation and analysing employee output

Co ordination and negotiation with manufacturers, vendors and co dealers

Planning for team development and manpower retention

Provide technical guidance, coaching and support to the parts, accessories and service technical team.
