About the Job:
- A leading private bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, achieve sales targets, and ensure outstanding customer service.
- This role focuses on driving growth through cross-selling retail liabilities, asset products, and third-party products while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall branch performance and ensure overachievement of sales targets.
- Drive branch growth by increasing the size through cross-selling and third-party product sales.
- Maximize branch profitability and fee-based income.
- Ensure exceptional audit ratings and compliance with bank standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
- Promote and cross-sell liability products such as tax-saving bonds, mutual funds, IPOs, FDRs, CA-SA, and insurance products (life and general).
- Lead the sales of asset products, including housing loans, car loans, and personal loans.
- Optimize branch operating costs and improve efficiency.
- Provide functional training to staff and foster their professional development.
- Motivate and guide subordinates to achieve individual and branch goals.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in managing branch operations in retail banking.
- Strong knowledge of retail liability products, asset products, and third-party product sales.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and optimize operational costs effectively.
- Strong understanding of compliance, audit processes, and customer service standards.
