Upkeep of the Branch and ATM
- Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management
- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch
- Ensure Branch headcount budget to be maintained
- Ensure Role clarity of employees in the branch
- Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated
- Comply with Bank's policies and processes
- Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services
- Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the Branch
- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services
- Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards
- Ensure safety and security of bank's and customer's assets
- Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
Key Performance Indicators:
- % of Business achievement vs. Targets (across products)
- Rating of cluster in health report published by OSD
- % attrition of manpower
- # of frauds / customer complaints in cluster
- % employees certified as per mandate by management
