Position: Branch Manager- Retail Banking

CTC: Up to 26 LPA + Incentives

Exp. Mini. 10 Yrs. exp. in retail branch banking (Mini. 3 yrs. as BM) from Banking Industry only.

Location: Ahmedabad, Chennai

Education: Graduate/ PG from good business school

Industry: Banking

Grade: M5/ M6

Job Role:

- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Branch Banking Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.

- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc. through the Sales Channel.

- Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.

Job Requirement:

1. Current CTC drawn must be 10-11 Lakhs and above.

2. Total Experience must be more than 10 to 12 years in Banking - Retail

3. Current Experience in the present role must be 3 years + No recent promotion.

4. Required Book Size : GL Size is different from CASA book size. Only the CASA book must be 80-100Cr + (Anything below will not be considered). If his current book is on the lower side, the previous higher book size must be 80-100 Cr+.

5. MNC Bank Book Size : AUM + SA (100Cr) / AUM + CA (100Cr).

6. Appraisal Ratings: Must be only in the Top 2 category for the last 4 years.

7. The candidate should not be 'out of a job' unless it is a genuine reason and he/she has relevant proof of the same.

8. Age of the candidate: 40 Years Max.

9. Education Qualification : Post Graduate is preferred, MBA, Engineering + MBA

10. Preferred candidates would be Existing BMs, RBHs, Imperia RM, Burgundy RM, Affluent RM, Head-ERM, Priority RM (Stan C), Premier RM (HSBC), Citi Gold RM.
