Note: We are looking candidates for Branch Managers/ Regional Sales Managers position currently working in white goods manufacturing companies with broad exposure. Only brown goods exposure or other product exposure candidates don't apply.

Candidate must be stable in Job. Frequent job changes will not be entertained.

Position: Branch Manager/Regional Sales Manager

Education: Any Graduate/MBA preferred

Location: Jaipur/ Ludhiana/Lucknow (other areas exp not required)

Experience : 13- 20 years

Industry experience: White goods manufacturers

CTC: 30-50 LPA

Mandatory Skills :

- Must have exposure of sales in Washing Machine/Air Conditioner/ LED/LCD TV of renowned & popular brands.

- Must have experience in appointing distributors in required region.

- Good Communication Skills.

- Young & energetic person to who can drive the entire team

- Open to travel

Responsibilities :

1. Sales forecasting and planning in the assigned territory.

2. Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.

3. Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.

4. Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the market place.

5. To assign territories that has adequate workload for optimum coverage of market at minimum travel time and cost for maximizing output.

6. To design route plans for every sales Executive and ensure that the field force adheres to the plan.

7. Responsible for channel management and territorial controls, merchandizing, display product POPs, distribution of product brochures and price lists.

8. To visit the market regularly to understand the trend, competitors' activities, efficiency of Sales Executives, problems faced by dealers, distributors' effectiveness of the Company's policies and to identify opportunities for furthers business development.

9. Responsible for follow-up of customer complaints.

10. To train, guide and support the field force and to ensure that every member of the team achieves the sales and collection targets on monthly basis.

11. To maintain good trade relationship with every business associate and strive to enhance the image of the Company
