Branch Manager - Private Bank

Job Role :

Handle all the activities of the Branch with strong leadership skills and service orientation.Strong target & deadline orientation with third party management skills and good exposure and knowledge of full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments)

- Good degree of familiarity with Branch Operations/processes

Detailed Responsibilities :

- Fully responsible for Branch P & L - revenue & cost

- Sales generation - CASA & Third Party Wealth Products

- Responsible for Branch Banking & Wealth segment.

- Customer Service Delivery & Operations management are the Key Deliverables.

- Sales Management

- Service Management

- Transaction Management

- Brand Management

- Audit & Compliance

Education : Ideally MBA

Necessary : Experience as a Branch manager in another bank.
