- Responsible for P&L of the branch by driving revenue generation through partnering with sales team, account mining and through recruitment.
- Client engagement, nurturance of relationship and ensuring seamless deliveries as per the TAT defined.
- Design, revise, implement, align clients processes
- Responsible for collections for the branch for GP billed
- Partnering with CST team for resolving grievances on payroll, attendance, on-boarding & induction
- Team management and people development
Experience & Qualification:
- A professional / post graduate with 8+ years of work experience in contract staffing.
- Must have the passion to drive & follow up
- Must be capable of putting across his points & convincing stakeholders concerned
- Must be strong in business communication
- Must have problem solving ability & must be capable of taking decisions concerning work
