Branch Manager - Mutual Fund

A mutual fund company is hiring for the job of branch head.

Locations include Jaipur and Amritsar.

CTC up to 15 lacs is based on the present CTC.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in mutual funds, retail, or the independent financial advisor channel.

It is required to have prior team management expertise.

Currently handling AUM of at least 800 crore.

Job descriptions:

- Establishing positive relationships with Mapped distributors...

- Identify and schedule meetings with distributors.

- Procuring business from distributors through the sale of mutual funds, PMS, and other products.

- Established annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities.

- Scheduled activities to meet assigned targets.

- Arranged SIP & Lumpsum drives for bank & ND's partner to generate sales from alternate channel

- Try to Increase market share in monthly Basic & also track MIS report

- The role encompasses a variety of related activities, like innovative sales initiatives and ideas and coordination for sales meetings.

- Achieve management targets on a monthly basis.

- Handling distributor inquiries and offering feedback

- Developing relationships with distributors.

- Managed distributor connections to foster long-term partnerships.

- Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.

- Relocation may be considered.
