Branch Manager - Loan Against Property

Position: Area Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (Team Handling)

Location: Multiple (Agra, Varanasi, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Chandigarh, Baroda, Panipat, Ludhiana, Dehradun, Raipur, Vijayawada, Hubli)

Salary: Up to - 17 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for Loan Against Property (LAP) and achieve revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Managers.

- Build strong relationships with channel partners and drive business development.

- Analyze market trends, ensure compliance, and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements;

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales (at least 2-3 years in team handling).

- Strong knowledge of LAP products and excellent leadership skills.

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
