Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing all operational aspects of the branch functioning including sales planning, member relations, human resources, administration and cost control in accordance with the organization's objectives
2. Efficiently complete overall monthly targets planning and distribute targets to teams and individuals, basis productivity, capability and quality
3. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities within the territory
4. Plan Acquisition Marketing (Lead generation) activities with Branch Marketing team
5. Ensure distribution and regular monitoring of all - pull- based leads, e.g. Digital Leads, Member referrals, etc. to various teams
6. Closely monitor and track lead conversions by both marketing activities and sales teams
7. Take timely and appropriate decisions for course corrections based on the weekly monitoring and tracking of lead to sale trends
8. Ensure high level of engagement within the teams and provide necessary training, coaching & motivate to meet performance expectations
9. Hire high energy and talented individuals to manage various teams and ensure that the talent pipeline is fueled appropriately at all times
10. Manage and control various costs with a view to ensure a highly profitable and growth oriented business
11. Keep track of all member complaints and ensure resolution of all escalations within given TAT

Qualification - MBA
Max CTC is 25 Lacs plus Incentives ( may be in the range of 5 lacs to 20 Lacs, basis performance)
