Branch Manager
Role Purpose / Summary:
- Strategically lead and develop the Branch
- Strategically lead the Business Development and Client Retention for the Branch
- Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients by delivering the desired client experience and value proposition;
Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for the development of new and retention of existing business;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with Clients;
- Responsible for being an effective leader of Branch;
- Act as a role model in the business by consistently demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and quality;
- Accountable for maintaining and improving client satisfaction and profitability;
- Ensure effective working relationships between the Product Specialist, Sales, CRM and Placement teams, so that together they drive revenue and profit growth;
- Responsible for improving client retention revenue;
- Responsible for supporting the effective delivery of global service through network relationships, where appropriate;
- Ability to understand the Client, their industry, and their risks and match them with potential Global Solutions;
- Ability to cross sell (or champion cross selling), where possible;
- Accountable and responsible for articulating the value delivered by Global and effectively lead remuneration negotiations;
- Responsible for formulating with Product Specialist, Sales, and CRM, Placement teams as appropriate, a coherent client, market and remuneration strategy;
- Develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows, conferences, marketing and PR campaigns and other activities designed to enhance the image of products and services;
- Responsible for compliance with IRDAI, other, regulatory requirements and Global business procedures (including usage of CRM System, and application of Insurer security policies where relevant).
