Branch Manager - Insurance

Job Description:

Responsible for branch operation.

Overall responsible for ensuring all sales targets of the branch.

- To allocate the branch target quarter/month wise.

- To periodically review the progress (SM-quarterly) and suggest corrective measures, if any.

Building Capacity:

- To support the recruitment of Sales Managers and Agents.

- Overall responsible for capacity building of branch level

- To emphasize on talent retention and managing attrition.

- To maintain the high morale, satisfaction and engagement levels of the teams, by providing and fostering right environment.

Training & development:

- To ensure that training requirements for all Sales Managers and Agents are met with - including re-training.

- To identify and develop the potential individuals towards greater heights like National Contests and MDRT etc.

Internal and external interfaces:

- Provide feedback and suggestions on initiatives/ changes required in branch operations.

- To maintain regular internal interface with Customer Service for policy issuance; HR for Employee issues, engagement and growth; Legal with legal ad compliance issues; Training for training of SMs and advisors and Sales Support for Sales MIS and contests etc.

Candidates from Bangalore and Goa are preferred.
