Job Role: Branch Manager.
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon).
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in core HR
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment and HR professionals.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Recruitment Operations:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates across various levels.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations within the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Oversee onboarding and training processes for new hires to facilitate a smooth integration into the organization.
- Work with other departments to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and operational efficiency to senior management.
- Utilize data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and optimize recruitment strategies.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives and projects that align with the organization's goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in HR recruitment and operations.
