Branch Manager - Home Loans & LAP

Our client is a leading Home Loans Company. We are working for recruitment of Branch Managers at multiple locations.

The Job Responsibilities are as follows -

1] Underwriting and Sanction qualitative business (HL & LAP) as per target given in conformity with the credit policy of the Company.

2] Ensure timely achievement of business targets set under different parameters and make the branch a profit center.

3] Devise strategies through evaluating market trends and gather competitive information and plan accordingly for expansion of the business.

4] Taking decisions and Sanctioning of loans up to Rs.45 lacs within the Branch Power.

5] Managing team of more than 20 members including Sales, Credit, Recovery and Account Officers.

6] To monitor and effectively manage collections to achieve the targets set for recovery/ delinquency including NPA cases through SARFAESI procedures.

7] To handle lending operations of branch with speedy processing of loan applications / initial credit appraisal disbursements/ post disbursal monitoring etc.

8] To analyse data & making decision involving financial risk.

9] Taking care of over all back office administration and ensure prompt and best client service.

9] Track and analyze branch related reports and MIS and coordinate the same with the Head Office.

10] To guide and coordinate with our authorized channel partners to achieve set business targets.

11] To coordinate with panel valuers / advocates for effective delivery of reports within stipulated turnaround time.

12] To augment & maximize other income stream by Cross-Selling of insurance products.

13] Looking after the portfolio of live accounts of the branch.

14] Training sessions for policy refreshment of team for the productivity and output of the staff within the branch.

15] Effectively manage and timely resolution of all type of Branch Audit by ensuring compliance to all policies and processes.

Preference is for someone who has worked in a Housing Finance Company and understands the nuances of the role. Locational Mobility would be given extra weightage.
