- Warehouse Management

- Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch

- Responsible for Branch operations

- Despatches

- Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share

- Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff

- Training and development of sales personnel

- Channel Sales Management

- Collections

- Sales and distribution for entire state in Consumer division

- Managing Key Accounts

Note:- Current experience to be in preferably from industries like paints, lubricants, adhesives, Pidilite, tyres. Other consumer goods industries like FMCG/Foods/fast moving consumer durables like mobile handsets etc

Salary offered: 15 - 25 LPA
